Job Description

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • 1. Oversee equipment ramp and meet equipment utilization.
  • 2. Oversee new equipment and testing technology.
  • 3. Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support equipment roadmap.
  • 4. Customer corrective actions.
  • 5. Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve section goals and objectives.
  • 6. Train, develop and retain staff.
  • 7. Plan and maximize available resources.
  • 8. Manage the budget, resources, and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.
  • 9. Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering / technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness.
  • 10. Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities.
  • 11. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Qualification & Experience:
  • 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
  • 2. Excellent oral and written skills in English
  • 3. 8-12 years’ industrial experience and above with 5-8 years equipment engineering experience
  • 4. Good understanding of all phases of operations
  • 5. Knowledge in IC technologies, fabrication, customer process and application.
  • 6. Effective management and leadership skills.
  • 7. Help build and maintain effective teams.
  • 8. Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
  • 9. Effective communication skills.
